RealWorld Computer Solutions are pleased to announce an easier way to get your IT problems solved via our new Online Support system. Together with the latest in remote access software, RealWorld are now able to assist and diagnose problems in the fastest possible time.

We are also pleased to announce the new Single Incident Fee. Aimed at home users the £65 fee can be used for up to 1 hour of time for an engineer to investigate your problem directly on your own machine remotely.
