Our support costs for home users are £250 per month, which includes; telephone support and remote assistance. Generally up to 2 hours per month of time used is included and, if needed, additional time is billed at our standard rate of £75 per hour. For specific projects such as office moves or upgrades, a specific project price can be agreed.

Our business support coverage starts at £550 per month and includes; telephone support, remote assistance, on-site visits, pro-active checks, server monitoring and network/cabling assistance. Generally up to 6 hours per month of time used is included and, if needed, additional time is billed at our standard rate of £75 per hour.

Single Incident Fee – £75
Aimed at home users, the Single Incident Fee can be used for up to 1 hour of time. An engineer will investigate your problem instantly and work remotely on your own machine.
